Based in Sydney, Richard arrived from the UK after working for 8 years as a derivatives broker. Combining a strong and passionate interest in the wine industry with 10 years of recruitment experience in Australia, he has a particularly good grasp of the wine making, viticulture, sales and marketing and distribution requirements of the industry.

Hayley Turner (B.Sc Food Science and Nutrition) – Senior Consultant

Hayley began her career in food product development and production in the UK and moved into buying for Marks & Spencer in London – a leader in the retail industry. Moving to Australia, Hayley was the National Gourmet Food Buyer for David Jones and then moved into food and wine retail. Now with 20 years’ experience, Hayley knows the wine retail aspect of the business particularly well and has first class wine industry contacts.

Dominica Carolan
With six years’ general executive and food industry recruiting experience in Queensland, Dominica heads our Brisbane office. Originally from northwest NSW, she has worked for a biochemical company as well as in the cotton industry. Dominica has strong commercial acumen and her expertise covers many areas.
